latex keeps popping me the fixed error

latex keeps popping me the fixed error

I have a weird problem. I created a matrix:
380 \begin{align}
381 \overrightarrow{J_{q}}=
382 \begin{bmatrix}
383 -b_{2}\cdot\sin\beta_{2}\\
384 b_{2}\cdot\cos\beta_{2}\\
385 -b_{4}\cdot\sin\beta_{4}\\
386 b_{4}\cdot\cos\beta_{4}\\
387 -b_{9}\cdot\sin\beta_{9}\\
388 b_{9}\cdot\cos\beta_{9}\\
389 0\\
390 0
391 \end{bmatrix}
392 \end{align}
latex popped me an error that \begin{align} on line 380 ended with \end{aligh}, so OK, I rewrote it to align. But the error message kept popping after, even when I deleted .aux file which causes me errors sometimes, I rebooted computer, nothing. Today I found that everything under line 392 isn't in pdf after compilation and even when I deleted the whole matrix, saved .txt file, compiled, the error is there again and the matrix is still in pdf file.
I use MikTex 2.9
Any suggestions what could cause this problem?
Thanks,
Pavel
